My Favorite Homemaking Purchases (pt. 1)

Hello my beautiful people and welcome to the blog! It feels good to be back on schedule. I'm so happy you're here. So as read by the title today we're going to be talking about my favorite homemaking purchases I've made.

Disclaimer: I'm not saying that you should purchase any of these or I don't know.... You know how there's always that one person? This is for that potential someone. I'm not suggesting you go out there and buy these items I'm simply sharing what I'v been loving.

Okay that's enough of an intro let's dive in.

# 1 - How to set a table (don't worry it was a dollar)

When I first started I was looking for anything if not everything that would help me and Dollar Tree came through. Hiding in the book section was this gem giving all the info when it comes to table etiquette. For someone that cares about every little detail in my home, this helped out a lot and turns out I saved $12 since it's market price at other stores are $13. I say that's a win if you ask me. Here are some pics of what's inside down below somewhere.

# 2 - The Daily Grace Co - Prayers for your day booklet

I made this purchase from the $5 and $10 sale but was pretty surprised how detailed this book was. I expected it to be...broad? Which it is, but then in between are pages for the everyday life. Prayers for spreading your bed, running errands...I was genuinely surprised and it quickly became one of my favs. I took it everywhere with me. It serves as reminder that we should always be in prayer even when it comes to the little things.

# 3 - Branch Basics

This is by far the best cleaning products I've ever used. Now I'm not like a heavy non toxic/ clean living person but because I clean a lot I didn't want to keep inhaling toxic chemicals so frequently so I talked with my mom, closed my eyes and made the purchase. It's a little bit pricey but it was so worth it. I no longer have a headache every time I clean the bathrooms.

# 4 - Beautifully Organized by Nikki Boyd

Now this is another book that isn't necessary at all but it was given as a gift and I love it! If you're an organized freak like me, you'll love it too. I personally find it useful but you don't have to purchase the book to get some inside scoop. She has a YouTube channel that pretty much sums this book up when it comes to everything homemaking. https://www.youtube.com/c/AtHomeWithNikki (her YouTube channel)

# 5 - Dollar Tree organization bins

These bins are perfect for books or like random items. Even when it comes to "junk draws" they just...they just just. As a book junkie I use them for all things book related. My cookbooks, writing journals, magazines, christian reads, fiction...It serves it purpose and it's a dollar.

(Quick tip: Be careful when purchasing things like these every dollar adds up. If you don't need them don't buy them.)

In Conclusion...

I'm not sure how to feel about this blog but it's a bit too late to change it. Thank you for sticking it out with me today. I love each and every one of you but most importantly, Jesus loves you.

Bible Verse:

Joshua 24:15 - And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
