Welcome to the blog!! (My policies)



Hello everyone!! Wow it feels so good to be back. If you're new here welcome and if you're returning thank you for coming back. Either way, I'm so happy you're here.


I thought we'd start off with a get to know me so you guys can know a little bit about what to expect going forward and learn more about the author of this website.


# 1 - Jesus lover here

I love Jesus. He is my life. Faith is a very big part of my life and this blog for the most part, if not always, will show that. All are welcome to join and I get that it can get a little bit uncomfortable sometimes so all are also welcome to leave.


# 2 - My love for homemaking

I love being a homemaker. I love what I get to do everyday and with that being said I'm going to want to talk about what I love. A lot of the blogs on here are going to be about homemaking or something related to it and a few random things here and there.


# 3 - I'm informal

This is not one of those blogging websites that are formal with what they do or post. I'm not a fan of it. When I write I don't want to feel like I'm writing to a boss I want to feel like I'm writing to my friends and I'd love for my readers (you guys) to feel like you're talking to a friend just via text (aka blog format)


# 4 - I'm not a long intro or excessive words person

One of my biggest pet peeve is when I search up something online and in order to get the answer for my question I have to read through someone telling their whole life story first. That won't happen here. Long blogs are not for me. My intros are going to be very short (if there's any intros at all) and then we'll just get right into the topic I decide to talk about that day.


# 5 - Posting Schedule

As of January 1st 2022 a blog will be up every Saturday unless an unexpected event happens. My hope is to have a amazing online community on this site where we can come together and share our love for Christ, homemaking, and other things as well.


# 6 - Contact info

I love interacting with my readers but unfortunately, the comments section are not available as of right now so it may be a little difficult to reach me. I can be contacted via email (liviinglifewithruth@gmail.com) or via Instagram @livelifewithruth if you want to reach out to me. I'll be more than happy to respond to you.


# 7 - Privacy policy/ cookies

As of right now my intent is to keep this blog completely free. That means you will never be asked for money and I don't make money from you reading my blogs, aka no ads!!, (if this changes I'll let you know) BUT your interactions with this site may be recorded just for my analytics to show which post(s) was popular and which post(s) was not so successful. This helps me figure out the content to post that you guys, my readers, will enjoy.


# 8 - Plagiarism

Please, please, please do not plagiarize anything posted on this site whether it's my post or someone being featured on this website. If you would like to publish something I wrote on your site feel free to contact me and I'd love to work with you. Other than that, I'm trusting you guys to respect my work and the work contributed to this website.


# 9 - 1 John 4:1

My goal is never to lead anyone astray and I pray that will never happen but that doesn't mean this bible verse shouldn't be applied to me...or anyone else! Test the spirits guys. Make sure what you're reading if it includes faith related things line up with scripture. I am holding myself accountable to share biblically accurate posts with you and I hope you hold me accountable as well.


# 10 - To God be the glory

At the end of the day I pray that everything I do brings glory to Christ. God deserves all the glory therefore it is all Him, not me. I am just His humble servant and I pray that as this community grows, I will continue to not only have this mindset but show it in my actions as well.

Well guys you probably just read the longest post you'll ever read from me. Thank you for sticking it out with me and welcome! If you haven't subscribed yet, please consider doing so.I love each and every one of you but most importantly, Jesus loves you.
